TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions are strictly implemented for check-in guests:

1. Guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant resort front desk employee.

2. Settlement of bills: Bills must be settled at the time of check-in by cash only. Cheques are not accepted.

3. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period.

Check-in: 2:00-8:00 pm

Check out: 11:00 am

Early check-in/Late checkout privileges are subject to availability.

4. Be advised to keep valuables in your personal rooms. Keep your doors locked/closed when not in the room or when you are sleeping. We have a permanent guard in the resort, but he can’t see all the rooms at the same time. The resort will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of guest’s belongings or any other property.

5. On the basis of an advanced booking, the resort is to pencil any reservations made and 50% security deposit must be made by the resort guest for confirmation of booking. Please inform us of your reservations so that we can give you our bank details.

6. Cancellation Policy:

◦ A full refund of the reservation fee for cancellations made 15 working days prior to the scheduled reservation.

◦ 30% refund of the reservation fee for cancellation made less than 7-15 working days.

◦ Forfeiture of the deposit will be imposed for cancellations made less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date.

7. Rebooking Policy:

Rebooking must be done 15 working days prior to the date of arrival; otherwise, rebooking may not be permitted.

8. Resort keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever a guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. We charge Rs. 3000/- for any lost keys.

9. Guests shall keep the premises clean, shall not damage any of the resort properties, and shall co-operate for a quick room inspection during the checkout. Guests shall be liable for any such damage caused and will be charged extra fees prior to departure as decided by the management.

10. Guests shall not pluck any fruits/flowers/plants/vegetations from the premises. Min. Rs1000 /- penalty shall apply as decided by the management

11. If the guest becomes ill or injured, the resort can help with the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expense.

12. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, lights in the room and its facilities and to shut the door as they leave.

13. Smoking/consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs shall not be allowed inside the room for security reasons.

14. Only mobile and laptop chargers shall be plugged into the electrical power points as the inverter powers the resort.

15. Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room; laundry is available in the resort at an extra cost; ask the reception.

16. Children above the age of 9 shall be counted as guests

17. Guests are to keep nighttime (after 10:00 pm) reasonably peace and quiet; they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the resort.

18. Extra beds are available for additional fees upon request. Refer to package information. schedule

19. Suggestions by the guests for improving the resort’s activities are welcomed by the resort management.

20. Guests need special permission to allow pets inside the resort. Speak to management during the booking

21. Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this resort without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.

22. Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these house rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the resort has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
